Lidl set out to become the employer of choice for students and young professionals. The challenge was to attract them by speaking in a way that feels familiar. So we started from something they already recognized: social media.
Posting at the right time, curating the perfect selfie, accepting every friend request, checking in on friends. Everyday actions, reinterpreted as signals of reliability, attention to detail, friendliness, and teamwork. Each flyer paired a familiar digital habit with a real-world strength, turning what might seem like casual behavior into something valuable in a professional context.
Visually, the campaign leaned into playful, illustrated social media references, while staying grounded in Lidl’s brand colors. A light tone with a clear message: you might already have what it takes.
