Traditional business loans are often slow, complicated, and full of hidden costs. With Capital, Mollie introduced a different approach: fast and straightforward financing based on a business’s existing transaction data.

Businesses could access up to €250,000 directly through their Mollie account, with transparent pricing, no hidden fees, and no ongoing interest. The goal was to make funding feel as simple as the rest of the Mollie product ecosystem.

To launch the product, we created an explainer video that translated the proposition into a clear and accessible visual story. Through simple motion design and a clean narrative structure, the film demonstrated how businesses could unlock financing quickly, without the complexity typically associated with traditional loans.

The video was produced in-house, with art direction led by me and motion design developed by Mollie’s internal motion designer.
